Delivery, returns & privacy

Delivery

• We deliver by courier to every city in Pakistan. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after we confirm your order.
• Our prices already include sales tax and delivery. There is no extra delivery charge.
• After you place an order we call or WhatsApp you to confirm it. We send it once confirmed, and share the courier's tracking number.
• Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you.

Returns & refunds

• Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery by WhatsApp 0345-8514624 or email hello@irteqabiotek.com, with a photo.
• We replace a faulty or wrong item, or refund it once it is returned to us.
• For hygiene and safety, opened test strips, lancets and used devices cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• Refunds are paid by bank transfer or mobile wallet within 7 working days of receiving the return.

Privacy

Orders. We keep your name, mobile number, city and address only to confirm and deliver your order, and to keep our sales records. We share your name, phone and address with the courier company that delivers your parcel. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Enquiries. When you send an enquiry or quotation request, your name, organisation, phone, email, city and message are emailed to our team so we can reply. We keep that email as long as we need it to answer you and to supply you.

Cookies. The site keeps your basket in your own browser (local storage) and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam on the forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
